1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at redriverrx.com and any related patient portals we make available (such as prescription-management or nuclear medicine ordering portals) (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Red River Pharmacy Services, Inc. (“Red River Pharmacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Advice
Content on the Site, including patient resource materials, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health care provider. Always consult your health care provider with questions about a medical condition or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.
3. Emergency Notice
The Site is not monitored continuously and is not intended for use in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the Site, any patient portal, email, or any online form to communicate time-sensitive or emergency medical information.
4. Refill Requests, Portals, and Prescription Services
Refill requests submitted through the links on this Site to any patient portal are requests only and do not guarantee that a refill will be authorized, filled, or available; refills remain subject to prescriber authorization, applicable law, insurance coverage, and pharmacist professional judgment. Submissions through a nuclear medicine ordering portal are likewise subject to review, scheduling, and applicable regulatory requirements. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process requests promptly but do not guarantee particular turnaround or delivery times.
Our patient portals are operated by third-party vendors. Your use of those portals is subject to each vendor’s own terms of use and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
5. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Portal accounts are intended for use by the patient, or the patient’s authorized caregiver or legal representative, in connection with services provided by Red River Pharmacy across our licensed locations in Arkansas and Texas. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization to act on that person’s behalf.
- Attempt to access another patient’s records or account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security or functionality, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Arkansas or Texas pharmacy, health, or consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Red River Pharmacy Services, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference only and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including our patient portals and app store listings, that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED RIVER PHARMACY SERVICES, INC. AND ITS OWNERS, PHARMACISTS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE ARKANSAS OR TEXAS LAW, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY SERVICES GOVERNED BY APPLICABLE STANDARDS OF CARE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red River Pharmacy Services, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Governing Law and Regulatory Compliance
We are licensed pharmacies operating under the jurisdiction of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas as to our Arkansas locations and the State of Texas as to our Texas locations, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
